No-show, cancellation, and rescheduling policy: 

All appointment dates and times are final. A No-show, cancellation, and rescheduling fee of $25 will be charged for appointments below $100. A No-show, cancellation, and rescheduling fee of $50 will be charged for appointments $100 or above. No-show and cancellation fees are charged to the card on file. Rescheduling fees will be added to the appointment fee and charged on the day of the new appointment.
